How we book

We take the time, so booking takes ten minutes.

A first conversation. A full review of what you hold. A trip planned with you, in writing. By the time you book, all that is left is to click.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you hold.

A short form or a phone call: your cards, your rough balances, the trips on your mind. No statements and no logins.

  2. 2

    A first conversation.

About 45 minutes, by phone or video, or in person where that is practical. What you hold, how you travel, and who travels with you. At the end we tell you whether we can help and what it would look like. If we are not a fit, we say so.

  3. 3

    The Position Review.

We list everything you hold and tell you what it is worth. We set out which cards to use where, and price one trip you want to take. You receive it in writing, and we walk you through it.

  4. 4

We plan the trip with you.

We talk it through first: where, when, who is coming, what matters. Then the flights, the cabin, the hotel, the points required, and our recommendation, in writing. You approve it, or ask for another.

  5. 5

    The booking call.

The quick part, by design. A scheduled call of 10 to 15 minutes. You are on your own device, in your own accounts. We read from a numbered one-page card, and you click.

  6. 6

You travel, and we stay with you.

Call the number on your itinerary, and the advisor who prepared the booking takes it from there. Afterwards we talk about how it went and what comes next. Members get a statement at the end of each year showing what it was all worth.

We never hold your credentials.

We do not ask for, receive, or store logins, passwords, security answers, or card numbers. Every booking is made by you, in your own accounts, on your own device. It is written into every agreement.
